Return and Refund policy
for any purpose if you want to return a product or exchange follow these steps.
- in case the product is damaged or it is not what you were looking for, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.
- we will provide a return or exchange of the product but note refund won't be available.
- If the item is eligible for return, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If the item is in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund to your original payment
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
